"Pending": Your order is awaiting either the receipt of your payment (in case of bank transfer or check) or validation by Visionet of your payment via credit card or PayPal.

"Pending Visionet action": Your order is awaiting action from a Visionet optician. Typically, this status lasts no more than 12 business hours. We strive to process all orders within this timeframe.

"Pending customer payment": Your order is awaiting payment from your end.

"Pending customer action": Your order is awaiting action from your side. An email has likely been sent to you recently. We also encourage you to check your Visionet account to view all communications sent to you.

"Waiting for frame in stock": The frame you selected is currently out of stock. We are awaiting its delivery from our supplier. The timeframe may vary and be between 5 and 15 days.

"Order confirmed": Your order for glasses and corrective lenses is validated. Billing, your prescription, and all other elements have been verified and approved by our opticians. We will order your lenses from the lens manufacturer within 24 business hours.

"Lenses being ordered": We are currently placing an order for your lenses from the lens manufacturer.

"Waiting for Lenses": Your order is awaiting the delivery of your lenses from the lens manufacturer. Generally, we receive the lenses within 5 to 10 days. Upon receipt, they will be cut and fitted into the frame by our opticians, and your order will be dispatched within 24 business hours.

"To be shipped": Your order is ready and will be dispatched tomorrow (shipments are made from Monday to Friday).

"Being shipped": Your order is shipped today. An email will be sent to you in the evening with online tracking information for the package.

"Sent": Your order is shipped. An email was sent to you on the day of dispatch with package tracking information. If you haven't received this email, please visit your Visionet account to view your order and obtain tracking information.

"Delivery incident": We have received your complaint regarding the delivery incident with your package. Your complaint is currently being processed.

"To be returned": We have received your return request and are awaiting your package.

"After sale processing": We have received your customer after sale service request. Your request is currently being processed.

"Canceled": Your order has been canceled.

"Standby": We have not received your response to recent inquiries. We have put your order on indefinite hold, and the frame(s) are no longer reserved for you.
