Glasses: Warranty and Security for Your Purchase

Glasses are not just a fashion accessory, but an essential tool that impacts our daily life. When investing in a pair of glasses, it’s natural to ensure their quality and durability. At Visionet, we share your concern for quality, which is why we offer a one-year warranty on all our frames and corrective lenses. This warranty allows you to shop with confidence, as every aspect of your glasses is covered in case of a manufacturing defect.

Why is a Warranty on Glasses Important?

When choosing glasses, many factors come into play. In addition to comfort and style, it’s important to ensure that the quality is right. However, even with the utmost care, manufacturing defects can occur. That’s where our one-year warranty comes in, providing you with peace of mind. If defects occur within one year of purchase, you can return the glasses for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Details: What is Covered and What is Not

We know how frustrating it is to discover a scratch or defect on a new pair of glasses. For this reason, Visionet subjects each corrective lens to a strict six-stage testing process before shipping. This process ensures optimal precision and clarity, free from scratches or other irregularities. However, if you still find a defect, contact us, and we will replace the lenses free of charge under certain conditions. Additionally, if your prescription changes within 30 days of receiving your glasses, we will replace the lenses at no cost to fit your new prescription.

How Can You Use the Visionet Warranty?

Using the warranty is simple. If you find an issue, contact our customer service via the provided phone number or our online contact form. After reaching out, we will assess the type of issue. Please note that the glasses must be returned in their original condition, and any self-repair may void the warranty. Our team will ensure your questions are answered and, if necessary, provide a return label for shipping.

FAQ about the Warranty for Frames and Lenses

Are glasses frames covered by the warranty?

Yes! Our warranty covers manufacturing defects such as loose screws, broken nose pads, loose hinges, as well as oxidation or discoloration. However, it does not cover damage caused by excessive heat, cold, or water exposure, improper handling, or incorrect cleaning.

How long is the warranty for glasses frames?

The warranty lasts for one year. The damage or defect must meet the terms of the policy. For questions, contact our optician team.

Can I get a refund if my glasses don’t fit?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy that allows you to return your glasses for an exchange or refund. However, the original shipping costs are not refunded unless there is a defect or processing error.

What is considered a manufacturing defect in glasses?

A manufacturing defect generally includes loose screws, broken nose pads, discoloration, and detached decorative elements. Lens defects include cracks that were not caused by improper handling, as well as peeling coatings. Damage caused by prolonged sun exposure or water contact, heavy use, or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
