At Visionet, we want to ensure you get the best price for your glasses.
Our Price Guarantee is simple: If you find an eyeglass or sunglass frame at a lower price on another registered website
(marketplaces and non-EU websites excluded), we will match the price –
provided that the model and color are identical.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Our Price Guarantee only applies to the frame, whether it's for glasses or sunglasses.
This means we only match the price for the frame without prescription lenses or contact lenses.
Prescription lenses and contact lenses are excluded from the price guarantee.
Additionally, we cannot combine two discounts on one order.
If you have already received a discount on the lenses, a price match discount cannot be applied additionally.
We offer the possibility to take advantage of the price guarantee up to 14 days after your order.
If you find the same item at a lower price after your purchase, simply contact us
within two weeks, and we will adjust the purchase amount.
How to Use the Price Guarantee
It’s easy to use our price guarantee:
- Add the frame to your cart.
- During checkout, select the option "Add special comments to this item".
- Add the URL of the page where you found the lower price and enter it in the
comments field. Your credit card will only be charged after we have confirmed by phone
that your item qualifies for our price guarantee.
If you have already placed your order, contact us within 14 days.
Please provide your order number and the URL where you found the lower price.
Once we confirm that the item meets our price guarantee requirements, we will refund the
difference to your credit card.

- •The guarantee does not apply to misprinted or misadvertised prices from other retailers.
